The Mission of Community Staffing is to build success by providing quality staffing solutions for our customers and associates through excellent customer service and superior staffing.

Community Staffing strives to meet the workforce needs of local businesses with comprehensive staffing solutions. Community Staffing's services are offered through branches in Western Massachusetts as well as a satellite office in Windsor, Connecticut. Community Staffing offers a full range of staffing services to local and regional employers including:

• Temp-to-Hire
• Outsourcing (on-site managed services)
• Direct Hire
• Payrolling

Community Staffing had a very unique beginning in that it was started in 1993 by Community Enterprises Inc., a non-profit organization that provides employment, housing and educational support to individuals with disabilities throughout the region.  The company was incorporated in 1993 as Dependable Business Alternatives, Inc. In 2009 it became CE Staffing and later Community Staffing.
